Resin Sheet Molding Simulation including Thickness Change

In the resin sheet molding process, the following process is repeated:
(1) The material initially heated up in order to be flexible.
(2) Pressure is loaded in the normal direction for out-of-plane deformation.
(3) The material is cooled down in order to freeze its shape.
However, due to the fixed condition around the corner part of box shape
product, the thickness of the material becomes thinner. (40% Max)
In this case, the thickness change of the material while molding is
analyzed.
